Job summary

Vintage Design is the leading supplier of interior finishes in the West Sacramento area, supporting installers and vendors. The Warehouse Associate will handle receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping materials while upholding accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

COMPENSATION RANGE

Pay Range: $21 to $24 per hour.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm. Full time, non-exempt.

We are looking to add a Warehouse Associate to support our West Sacramento, CA location. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in receiving products from vendors and preparing orders for shipment. In this position, you will work closely with various departments to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout all warehouse operations. Success in this role means consistently completing orders accurately, maintaining organized workflows, and supporting a high standard of operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Mobility: Frequently required to move throughout the office, warehouse, or job site to access materials, equipment, or files.

Lifting/Carrying: Frequently lifts and/or moves items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Positioning: May be required to position oneself to inspect, maintain, or install materials, including stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and exchange accurate information with customers and team members, including in busy or noisy environments.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.

Warehouse/Facility: May be exposed to non-climate-controlled environments (heat and cold), moving mechanical parts, vibration, and elevated noise levels.

Job Site/Field: Exposure to active construction sites, outdoor weather conditions, dust, and fumes. Requires use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such a high visibility clothing, hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
