Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate with at least 1 year of warehouse experience and forklift/tow motor skills. This full-time role requires reading and writing English; Spanish is a plus, and hours are 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

You will receive, stock, ship, and load materials such as tile, plank and vinyl, manage inventory with a scan tool, and operate a forklift according to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse experience is required.
• 1 year forklift experience is required; certification preferred.
• Able to read and write English; Spanish is a plus.

JOB SUMMARY

Currently looking for a Warehouse Associate. The ideal candidate will have 1-year minimum warehouse experience as well as forklift/tow motor. This position is full time with an excellent benefit package to include medical, dental, vision 401K and PTO. Must be able to read and write English. Spanish is a plus. Must be available from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, stock, ship, and load materials (Tile, Plank and Vinyl)
• Manage inventory with a scan tool
• Operate forklift, following all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Operate carpet cutting machine

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Basic knowledge of tools such as knives, staple guns, measuring tape, shears and glue guns; on-the-job training provides specific knowledge
