Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to be the primary worker performing the warehouse duties at a distributor in Waukesha. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including stock management, order fulfillment, and inventory control. Small, friendly family atmosphere where every worker is very important. The position will be run through Engauge Workforce Solutions for up to a 90 day trial period.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, accurately pick orders, package orders, ship packages, replenish inventory
• Utilize UPS World Ship and FedEx Ship Manager shipping programs
• Process outgoing truck shipments
• Conduct regular inventory control checks to maintain accurate stock levels
• Load and unload trucks with pallet jacks
• Breakdown mixed pallets of merchandise and put away in designated racks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

Qualifications

• Punctual with an exemplary attendance record
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift packages up to 50 Lbs
• Able pass a drug test
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior shipping or warehouse experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays
• Hours - 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with 1 hour for lunch 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Salary/Benefits

• $18.00/HR - $1,440.00 every 2 weeks (80 hrs.)
• Approx. annual earnings expected $37,440 (Plus EOY Bonus)
