Warehouse Associate at Colony Hardware

As a Warehouse Associate with Colony Hardware, you will be responsible for bringing customer orders to life by utilizing your ability to produce high-quality, detailed, and accurate work. Your efforts will ensure the successful completion of our mission to provide excellent customer service.

A Typical Day

Every day, you will handle incoming merchandise by receiving, examining, sorting, organizing, and labeling items with appropriate stock and inventory control codes.

• Send all picked orders to the packing department after verifying all items are free of defects or damage, then move the completed orders to appropriate shipment locations.
• Perform scheduled cycle counts of products for inventory, entering all data manually to keep information updated, with a strong attention to detail.
• Unpack items to stock on shelves and load trucks with packed orders following specific instructions and procedures in an organized manner.

What You Need for Success

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or packaging environment.

• Experience with RF scanners.
• Ability to navigate computer applications and websites.
• Prior experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks is a plus.
