Description

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love to assist others on a day-to-day basis. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience in a will-call style warehouse, managing inbound deliveries and staging outbound pick-ups (technicians & RMA's). A clean driving history (for local deliveries). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, and high EQ.

Location:

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
• 45 Kensico Dr, Mt Kisco, NY 10549

Schedule:

• Hours Per Week: 45 Hours Per Week
• Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (7:30am-5:00pm)

Your Contribution to InnerSpace:

Inventory Management:

• Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations
• Ensure accurate stock levels through inventory audits
• Update inventory records and track product movement using warehouse software
• Create and process vendor RMAs

Order Fulfillment (For Internal Technicians):

• Pick, pack, and prepare kits for on-time pickup
• Deliver products, kits, or supplies to the field as necessary

Fleet Management:

• Schedule, oversee repairs, and perform minor maintenance

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions
• Report on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance

Skills & Abilities:

Experience:

• Previous experience in physical warehouse operations
• Familiarity with inventory management software
• Warehouse management or logistics certification is a plus

Work Environment:

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move objects regularly
• Valid driver’s license
