This position involves performing warehouse/distribution functions such as receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging, and shipping to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires demonstrating safety and operational expertise in a quality and productivity-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging, and shipping.
• Unloading freight and verifying parts and condition.
• Using correct processes to verify and place stock, including overstock management.
• Prioritizing and filling orders accurately with warehouse equipment.
• Picking products safely, verifying correctness, and labeling for shipping.
• Matching shipping orders, utilizing appropriate shipping lines, and loading packages.
• Communicating and resolving issues related to damages, shortages, or inaccuracies.
• Performing cycle counts and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma/GED with 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, with certification.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software and logistics solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently or in a team.
• Strong reading and comprehension skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experience with RIF Scanner and SAP is preferred.

Hourly Pay: Starting at $18/hr, based on factors like experience and certifications. Eligibility for an annual incentive bonus may apply.
