Job summary

Triad Technologies, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to verify and process shipments, prep orders, and coordinate carrier paperwork. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with occasional local deliveries and inventory maintenance.

Responsibilities include pulling parts, labeling, loading/unloading, ensuring accuracy against bills of lading, and following written instructions. Forklift certification can be arranged, and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training
• Reads and follows written work instructions
• Possess strong mathematical skills
• Able to use standard hand and power tools
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs
• Ability to become forklift certified (training available)
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize daily shipping orders.
• Pull parts as indicated on shipping orders and assemble when necessary.
• Call freight carriers and handle required paperwork.
• Load and unload trucks and inspect containers for damage or missing items.
• Verify shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and orders.
• Determine shipment method and affix shipping labels.
• Package items and prepare containers for shipment.
• Unpack shipments, record damages/shortages, and coordinate with shippers.
• Route items to correct locations and maintain inventory of shipping supplies.
• Make local deliveries on occasion and perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. This is a full-time position, M-F, 8am-5pm.

• Review and prioritize daily shipping orders when received.
• Pull all parts as indicated on the shipping orders, assemble and other components if necessary.
• If required, call the freight carrier indicated on the shipping order and complete any paperwork that the carrier may require.
• Load and unload trucks as necessary. Inspect containers and material reporting any damage or missing items noticed.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records.
• Determines method of shipment.
• Affixes shipping labels on packed boxes.
• Assembles cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers.
• Inserts items into containers, binds the container with the appropriate tape.
• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, records damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify any shortages.
• Routes items to appropriate location.
• Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Make product deliveries to local customers on occasion
• Other duties as assigned.
