Job summary

APTURA GROUP is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Fort Wayne, IN to verify and record shipments, pick and pack orders, and support deliveries. The role involves operating forklifts, managing inventory, and using inventory software to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include receiving materials, checking counts, staging items for install or shipment, and assisting customers with pickup and loading.

Qualifications

JobSummary

— The Warehouse Associate verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment within scheduled timelines. Picks and packs. Drives as needed.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible and accountable for:

• Receiving and Off-loading materials
• Verifying counts to purchase orders
• Sorting stock materials from job materials
• Checking shipments for damage, noting appropriate paperwork
• Ensure all material is placed in its appropriate areas
• Staging of material for installation, shipment, or customer pick up
• Assist internal and external customers with pickup and loadingUtilizing company specific software, to maintain accurate inventory
• Utilize hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment in safe and effective manner
• Make deliveries as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with special projects and deliveries as assigned

• Prior Experience driving a box truck in a shipping/receiving/delivery environment is a plus
