Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our fast-paced facilities across North America. You will perform a variety of warehouse duties including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting and palletizing under site leadership.

We value high-energy individuals with a strong work ethic and are willing to train the right candidate. Benefits follow after 60 days, with opportunities for internal growth and travel to different sites.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs with varying materials.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials; pick, pack, palletize; sort and audit shipments; maintain area cleanliness as directed by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
