Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced operations. This role involves loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleaning, and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy, hardworking individual; lifting 25–75 lbs is required. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.

• Requires lifting 25-75lbs; physical and fast-paced environment.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods.
• Select and palletize inventory.
• Audit, repack, and sort items as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the workspace.

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
