Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Joplin, MO to support our distribution operations in a fast-paced, physical environment. You will perform a variety of warehouse tasks and contribute to efficient handling of goods.

We value a strong work ethic, energy, and reliability. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within Capstone's nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• High-energy and team-oriented applicant is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight.
• Select and palletize items.
• Audit and repack as needed.
• Sort and clean up work areas.
• Follow site leadership and safety procedures.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
