Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to load and unload trailers, verify route loads, and maintain shipping yard records. You will count products for accuracy, report variances, and participate in cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, and fixing issues with packing equipment and labelers. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–3 years of shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull, and stand for long periods.
• English communication required.
• Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers accurately and verify route loads.
• Maintain shipping yard records and cycle counts.
• Operate material handling equipment including pallet jack and forklift.
• Troubleshoot packing equipment and labeling machines as needed.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for accurately loading and unloading trailers, verifying route load(s), trailer reports, and maintaining the shipping yard.
• Count and check products for accuracy and quality, maintain accurate records, report overages and shortages, & participate in "Cycle Counts".
• Operate material handling equipment; including pallet jack, forklift, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues with packing equipment, label machines, tapers, palletizers, etc.

What we need from you:

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• 1-3 Years of shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50lbs, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time.
• Comfortable in a warm working environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.
