Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. is seeking a warehouse team member to handle cartons quickly and accurately in a busy distribution center. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient processing and loading of goods for shipment to stores.

Responsibilities include meeting hourly carton targets, stacking to required heights, and maintaining daily accuracy of 99.25%. This role supports timely deliveries and requires consistent, reliable performance in a high-volume setting.

• Handle a minimum of 300 cartons per hour.
• Stack the cartons a minimum of 6 feet high.
• Maintain an accuracy rate of 99.25% per day.
• Load cartons into a trailer for shipment to stores in a timely and efficient manner.
