Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate is an entry-level position that plays a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly by managing inventory cycle counts, receiving and stocking products, processing customer orders, and maintaining a well‑organized warehouse. This is a fast‑paced, highly active role that involves regular forklift operation, accurate invoice handling, and shifting between multiple tasks as priorities change. As business needs require, this position will also assist with local delivery driving to support timely order fulfillment. The work can be physically demanding and detail‑intensive, and it requires someone who is comfortable staying on their feet, adapting quickly, and taking ownership of their workspace.

Team Environment

Join a team that values a family-oriented and supportive atmosphere where collaboration and teamwork are at the forefront. As an entry-level opportunity, you'll be welcomed into an environment where experienced teammates are invested in your development and eager to help you grow. We prioritize maintaining a healthy work‑life balance and are looking for a candidate who embodies humility, a hunger to learn, and a collaborative spirit.

Benefits

We offer an attractive benefits package that takes care of your health, financial, and personal well‑being. You'll start enjoying benefits as soon as the first of the month following 30 days of employment!

  • Benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA & FSA
  • 401(k) eligibility the first of the month following 90 days of employment with employer match & Profit Sharing after one full year of employment
  • Accrue 2+ weeks of PTO in the first year of employment and paid holidays
  • Employer paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability
  • Employee Discounts
  • Educational Assistance Program
Primary Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment - Receive freight, stock shelves, process shipments for delivery, and conduct inventory cycle counting.
  • Warehouse Organization & Safety - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, properly handle hazardous spills, and promote safety awareness using appropriate PPE.
  • Invoice Processing & Customer Orders - Write and receive invoices to accurately fulfill customer orders while coordinating with branches and departments professionally.
