Texas Speed & Performance LTD is hiring for a role in logistics in Town of Texas, Wisconsin. The responsibilities include locating and retrieving items, carefully packaging orders, and preparing them for shipment. Candidates must be detail-oriented, have physical stamina, and work well in a team to meet production targets. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, offering a dynamic team environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

• Locating and retrieving specific items from inventory shelves or bins based on customer orders.
• Using scanners or other inventory management systems to identify and track items.
• Ensuring the correct quantity and type of items are picked for each order.

Packing

• Carefully packaging picked items to prevent damage during transit.
• Using appropriate packing materials (e.g., boxes, tape, bubble wrap).
• Ensuring packages are securely sealed and labeled with accurate shipping information.

Shipping

• Preparing packages for shipment by attaching shipping labels and documents.
• Loading packed boxes onto trucks or conveyor belts for transport.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

General

• Follow company procedures and guidelines for picking, packing, and shipping.
• Working efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.
• Maintaining a safe working environment.
• Schedule- Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
