Kane's Furniture LLC is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced furniture distribution center. You will perform shipping, receiving, quality assurance, and general warehouse operations while maintaining a safe and organized environment.

The role involves lifting heavy furniture, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and preparing orders for shipment. You will help ensure accuracy, inventory integrity, and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus, especially with furniture or heavy goods handling.
• Able to regularly lift and maneuver furniture and materials weighing 150+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse, transporting product between receiving, storage, staging, and shipping areas.
• Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
• Lift, carry, and position furniture and warehouse merchandise for storage and delivery preparation.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment and delivery routes.
• Receive incoming shipments, count and verify items, and record inventory as required.
• Inspect merchandise for damage or defects and report discrepancies.
• Package, label, and tag merchandise before storage or shipment.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and confirm orders are accurate and complete.
• Complete shipping documentation and delivery manifests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
