Job summary

IndiMade Brands LLC in Strongsville, OH is seeking Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced team. You will pick, pack, and repack orders, maintain inventory, and operate basic warehouse equipment.

This hands-on role requires reading order forms, basic math, attention to detail, and a team‑oriented attitude. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, inspect, and pack customer orders for shipment.
• Repackage bulk products into smaller quantities by weighing, labeling, and sealing them to company standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by recording quantities and reporting shortages or issues.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment, scales, and labeling machines safely.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Rotate between warehouse tasks (picking, packing, repackaging, etc.) based on business needs.
• Meet daily performance goals while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work overtime or weekends when required to meet order volume.

About the Role

We’re looking for Warehouse Associates to join our hardworking and friendly team! This position is hands‑on and fast‑paced, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday. Depending on daily needs, you might be picking customer orders, packing shipments, or repackaging bulk products into smaller, resale‑ready containers.

You’ll play a key role in making sure our customers receive the right products, on time, and in perfect condition.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Bend, squat, climb, and perform repetitive motions as needed.
• Push or pull carts and materials up to 500 lbs.
• Tolerance for working around fragrances, oils, or natural ingredients.
