Warehouse Associate

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling systems. Responsibilities include checking outbound trailers, monitoring LGV activity, maintaining inventory accuracy, prepping loads for shipments, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

Essential Functions

• Receive inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, materials, deliveries, etc.
• Rebuild damaged pallets, process RMAs, and optimize storage.
• Identify and report quality issues.
• Validate new SKUs in WMS.
• Operate forklift and LGV equipment.
• Unload deliveries and maintain storage areas.
• Manage product spills and manually handle pallets.
• Supply production with items and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate trailer loading, check trucks, and communicate instructions.
• Maintain records for shipping and inventory control.
• Participate in process improvements and maintain safety standards.
• Ensure regular attendance and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Associate's Degree
• Experience may include a combination of work and education.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
