Job summary

Mallory Co. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, shipping, and occasional delivery.

You’ll contribute to a fast-growing team and help ensure accurate inventory and on-time orders. The role requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and comfort with computers. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Warehouse Associate Position Overview

This position is an exciting opportunity to join our brand new warehouse team. This position is open due purely to growth, which means your days will be full and dynamic and there will be opportunities for your own personal development.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day operation at our warehouse. From order picking to receiving, to shipping and even delivery, you’ll be wearing just about every hat!

As a Warehouse Associate, here’s what a typical day might include:

• Receiving product and stocking items on shelves in the warehouse
• Picking, staging, and shipping orders
• Loading and unloading product
• Overseeing both UPS and LTL shipments
• Cycle counts and maintenance of inventory accuracy
• Acting as a back‑up Delivery Driver when needed – may drive your own vehicle
• Interacting with internal and external customers in a polite, respectful manner
