Brand Addition is seeking a driven Warehouse Associate in St. Louis, MO to pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently. You will ensure correct items and quantities, maintain inventory integrity, and support domestic and international shipments in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers daytime, Mon-Fri hours with full-time, hourly compensation. You’ll work onsite in a collaborative team and contribute to a safe, clean warehouse while meeting high accuracy standards.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Computer literacy and comfort using shipping systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products according to order specifications.
• Organize picked products onto carts and prep for packing.
• Pack outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or quality issues.
• Process domestic shipments via FedEx and UPS.
• Prepare and ship international orders with proper documentation.
• Track and report time and productivity.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
• Assist with physical counts and inventory audits.
• Cross-train and support other warehouse areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products according to order specifications, ensuring correct item, quantity, and quality

• Pack outbound shipments to ensure they are accurate, secure, damage‑free, and presentable
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or quality issues to management
• Process domestic shipments via FedEx and UPS (offline shipping systems)
• Prepare and ship international orders, ensuring proper documentation
• Track and report time and productivity accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment at all times
• Assist with physical inventory counts
• Cross‑train and support other warehouse areas as needed, providing backup coverage during absences or vacations
