Job summary

C & Y GLOBAL INC. is seeking a Warehouse Staff member for a physically demanding role at our Missouri facility. The position runs Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, offering an hourly wage of $16–$22 depending on experience.

This role involves handling metal materials, loading/unloading, and inventory tasks. Qualified candidates will verify items against PO and packing lists, sort metals by type, and maintain high work quality under supervision.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 1–2 years warehouse/construction experience.
• Forklift or Bobcat experience desirable but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.

We currently have a physically demanding position in our Warehouse which requires physical labor and handling of metal materials and the ability to withstand the elements. We are seeking hardworking applicants who wish for stability and the opportunity to grow their skills in this fast pace company.

Position: Warehouse Staff

Hours: Monday – Friday 1:30PM – 10:00PM

Salary: $16-$22 Hourly DOE

• Verifies items received by comparing the purchase order and the packing list/invoice
• Physically load and unload scrap metal materials in shipping containers
• Sort scrap metal materials according by type of material
• Inventory management
• Lift 50 lbs or greater

Qualifications and Skills

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, plus minimum 1-2 years construction/warehouse experience.
• Forklift or Bobcat experience (Desirable, but not required)
• Can work under high pressure, and keep high work quality under minimum supervision
• Well-organized, initiative, strong sense of responsibility
• Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check
