Position Purpose:

Warehouse associates are vital to our success, working safely and independently to maintain product flow and quality standards. They support shipping and receiving functions within our warehouse.

The Warehouse Associate performs shipping and/or receiving tasks efficiently, maintains inventory and work areas, follows safety regulations, and ensures quality standards are met. They serve as team members and perform duties to serve the company.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• General warehouse duties such as forklift operation, order selection, pallet wrapping, loading, and receiving
• Housekeeping and safety checks
• Equipment inspections and damage control
• Battery management and vehicle inspections
• Reviewing work schedules and preparing for operations
• Using Personal Protective Equipment
• Meeting productivity and accuracy standards
• Securing equipment and completing paperwork
• Performing other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8pm - 4:30am, with overtime opportunities on Sundays

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly
• Lift, stack, or pull products weighing 10-35 pounds, up to 60-90 pounds depending on location
• Ability to work in cooler, freezer, and dry environments
• Pass drug test and background check
