Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, storing shipments, assessing stock for damages, maintaining accurate inventory records, and fulfilling customer orders. We seek dynamic, career-minded individuals dedicated to this role.

• Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock
• Maintain detailed inventory records
• Scan items into the warehouse management system
• Inspect stock for damages and record findings
• Organize warehouse space efficiently
• Prepare and pick orders for shipment
• Record shipment times accurately
• Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and powered industrial tools
• Count stock and update inventory records
• Perform routine cleaning duties
• Coordinate with management to meet key objectives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Follow directions accurately (written and verbal)
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Lift, push, pull, or move objects 10-50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach frequently
• Occasionally sit, climb ladders or stairs, and balance
• Work in varying environmental conditions with weather protection
• Have close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus vision
• Attention to detail, good communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively
• Open availability and flexibility for various shifts and overtime
• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a warehouse setting
