Job summary

Paylocity in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for accurately receiving material, unloading shipments, and placing items in correct locations within the warehouse. You will also pick materials for sales orders and maintain a clean, safe work environment under the Warehouse Manager’s direction.

The role requires strong inventory discipline, teamwork, and the ability to manage time effectively, with RF gun usage and adherence to warehouse policies.

Role: Warehouse Associate

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate must accurately receive material, unload, and place material in the appropriate location in the warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will also gather material relative to the assigned ship tickets and ensure a clean and safe working environment as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper rotation of stock

• Track product history and location using RF gun
• Locate and gather correct material for Sales Orders
• Unpack material from delivery vehicles and place at appropriate location
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area

• Performs other related duties as assigned
