Job summary

Delavan Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle order preparation, packing, and shipping. The role involves receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining accuracy for audits, and keeping a safe, organized workspace.

You will operate and maintain warehouse equipment, scan orders, and cooperate with teammates to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Prior warehouse experience and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a warehouse worker.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards for audits.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Complete diary logs into inventory.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and take accountability as a team member.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Use basic computer functions to assist with receiving and inventory functions.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and unloading containers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.

Job description

Warehouse associate responsibilities include accurate storing of materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. Unloading containers and replenishing stock.

KEY RESULT AREA

• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.

• Some maintenance ability to help with basic maintenance functions.
• Ability to unload containers.
• Any other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.
