Job summary

Niterra is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our onsite team in Sissonville, WV. You will support shipping finished goods, inspect materials for quality, and manage inventory in SAP during a fast-paced second shift.

This full-time, hourly role runs Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with potential overtime. We value accuracy, safety, and adherence to 5S standards, and offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP-related issues.
• Meet customer requirements satisfactorily.
• Promptly notify the Team Leader of any abnormalities in product or machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management or the Team Leader.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as applicable.

Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations, including shipping finished goods, inspecting products and materials for quality, and managing inventory in SAP. This second-shift role (Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM) requires working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, meeting customer requirements, and adhering to quality, safety, and company standards.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs. (51-75 lbs. with assistance), walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods, performing repetitive motions, wearing required PPE, and working around normal warehouse hazards.
