Warehouse Associate

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm
10 - 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll handle the ebb and flow of products entering and leaving the facility, and manage inventory for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is based at our branch located at 1606 Southpointe, Siloam Springs, AR 72761. After onboarding and training, and upon meeting performance goals, flexible scheduling may be available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and maintaining branch inventory
• Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory
• Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Performing other duties to ensure branch success

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proficient communication skills (written and oral)
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed, customer service oriented
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
• Ability to lift packages weighing 25-75 lbs
• Pass drug screening (US, Puerto Rico, Guam)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with inventory receiving, shipping, sorting, or management
