Job summary

PCs for People is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Seattle to support receiving, input, sort, load, and unload products. You will organize inventory, process, pack, and ship orders, inspecting for defects and reporting damages as needed.

A detail-oriented, hardworking individual with strong communication is essential to maintain stock levels and a clean, safe workspace. In this role you will move inventory with pallet jacks and forklifts, keep accurate records, and assist with donations

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining supplies, personal protective equipment, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance and safety
• Maximizing production floor space and efficiency

Compliance

• Recording inventory of incoming equipment
• Receiving, storing, moving, and packing outgoing inventory
• Back-up scanning serial numbers into spreadsheets
• Back-up print PIDs
• Back-up add inventory into CRM
• Transfer hard drives to Computer Technician

Community Engagement

• Representing PCs for People favorably when interacting with donors
• Provide support to clients through our mission market
• Other duties as requested

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a workstation or service counter
• Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds

The final base salary offer for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s specific geographic location, relevant skills, specialized experience, and education or certifications.
