Job summary

POOLCORP is hiring for a role at SCP Scottsdale, AZ. The position requires forklift operation, loading and unloading orders, and maintaining accurate inventory. You will coordinate deliveries and pickups while working with supervisors and sales staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments and logs into inventory; conducts inventory audits.
• Communicates with supervisors, sales staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates forklift safely and maintains certification; performs vehicle safety checks.

Location and Pay

Location: SCP Scottsdale, AZ - 43; 7841 East Gray Road, Suite A Scottsdale, Arizona - 85260

Pay: $17.50- $18.50 / hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What to Expect?

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

• To be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.
