Job summary

POOLCORP, Bradenton, FL, is hiring a warehouse forklift operator to accurately pull, fill, pack and prepare orders for delivery or pickup. You will assist in loading the delivery truck and ensure smooth coordination with drivers and customers.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within a global distributor of outdoor living products.

• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.

Location: SPP Bradenton, FL - 452; 2910 63rd Avenue East Bradenton, Florida 34203

Pay: $18 - $20 / hour and up to $2,500 through our performance bonuses

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 6AM - 4:30PM
