Job summary

American National Insulation in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform load in/out, material handling, and inventory tasks. You will receive, store, and ship materials, inspect inbound shipments, and help load/unload customer orders with attention to safety and accuracy.

The role requires forklift certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to stand for long periods. Local travel to job sites may be required in some assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required for vehicle use.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Strong math skills are essential.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform load in/load out activities.
• Handle material handling, inventory, receiving and shipping activities.
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Load and unload installer’s trucks, adhering to Load In / Load Out policies.
• Pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product.
• Maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.).
• Move, store, and replenish material.
• Conduct daily cycle counts.
• Receive and unload inbound material.
• Process inbound shipments.
• Stock material.
• Process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Maintain, clean and organize facility by sweeping, trash removal, etc.
• Receive and inspect incoming material orders from approved vendors.
• Cycle count inventory and store in orderly and accessible manner.
• Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Make occasional deliveries to job sites or customers.

Your Qualifications

Compensation Range

$13.00 - $30.00 To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
