Job summary

Service Partners in Itasca, IL is seeking a warehouse associate to operate a forklift or pallet jack, perform cycle counts, and secure loads for transport.

The role requires basic math, standing for long shifts, and prior warehouse experience; forklift certification is a plus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Compute basic math problems.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and pallet jack.

Your Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory, storing in orderly and accessible manner, while inspecting stock items for wear or defects and reporting to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job related tasks.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Compensation Range $13.00 - $30.00
