Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks a Warehouse Associate in Santa Clara, CA. This contract-to-hire role supports daily order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control in a fast-paced facility with no travel.

Pay is $23/hour; full-time health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) may follow after conversion. Responsibilities include assembling orders, loading vehicles, preparing UPS/LTL shipments, verifying quantities, and operating warehouse scanners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical products and inventory handling.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing.
• Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Physically able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must wear steel-toed boots on site.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fill orders for shipment to customers and internal divisions.
• Load and unload carrier and company vehicles.
• Prepare shipments via UPS and LTL, including documentation and labeling.
• Verify merchandise quantities and descriptions against invoices.
• Pack orders and organize containers by truck route.
• Operate scanners for warehouse tasks and inventory put-away.
• Substitute for other warehouse personnel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location:Santa Clara, CA (No Travel Required)
Schedule:Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with flexibility for overtime
Position Type:Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate:$23 per hour

About the Opportunity

We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory handling. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment with the potential to convert to full-time employment.
