Job summary

Suburban Automotive Service is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick orders, unload inbound deliveries, and stock parts in bin locations across route staging areas.

The role requires English literacy, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Forklift experience is preferred.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm, with pay starting at $18 per hour and based on experience; full-time employment with safety and teamwork at the core.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift, part picker, and powered pallet jack experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products following FIFO and Dock-to-Stock practices.
• Pick, stage, and load orders accurately for delivery.
• Process returns, resolve bin/part variances, and manage exception items.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory tasks, and support annual physical inventory.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Cross-train for other roles within the warehouse to maximize the efficiency of the team.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking orders as the invoices are printed and setting part(s) at each route staging area. You will also be responsible for unloading inbound deliveries and putting them away in bin locations after inbound has been checked in and locations are written for each part.
