Job summary

Suburban Accessories, the leading distributor of OEM accessories and parts, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Florida. You’ll support inbound/outbound activities, receive and stock products, pick orders, and help keep inventory accurate.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operating in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position offers steady hours (Mon–Fri 6am–3pm) and a starting pay of $18 per hour, with overtime possible depending on demand.

Qualifications

• English literacy and strong communication.
• Stable work history and reliability.
• Warehouse, distribution, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift, order picker and powered pallet jack experience preferred.
• Team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to perform different warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and put away inbound products following FIFO and Dock-to-Stock practices.
• Verify incoming products and stock items in designated locations.
• Pick, stage, organize, and prepare outgoing orders for delivery.
• Work in assigned warehouse areas based on daily needs and priorities.
• Load and prepare products for outbound routes and deliveries.
• Process returns and resolve inventory variances.
• Perform cycle counts and support annual physical inventory.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with cross-training as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all procedures.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse by performing both inbound and outbound activities. Responsibilities will vary based on daily operational needs and may include receiving and putting away incoming products, picking and staging orders for outgoing deliveries, loading shipments, processing returns, assisting with inventory activities, and supporting other areas of the warehouse as needed. This position plays an important role in ensuring products are accurately received, organized, prepared, and moved through the warehouse efficiently and safely.

Salary Overview:

The pay rate for this role starts at $18 per hour based on experience.

Hours:

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 6am to 3pm.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include:

• Perform cycle counts, inventory-related tasks, and support annual physical inventory.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and accessible inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with general warehouse activities and cross-train in other areas to support team efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Services' DRIVEN values and support the SAS mission and vision.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Consistent work history and strong attendance record.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift, order picker/part picker, and powered pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to perform different warehouse functions and work in various areas as business needs change.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle products and orders.
• Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.

Warehouse Associate Working Conditions and Physical Demands include:

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Must be okay with walking and standing for extended periods.
