Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in San Antonio is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role focuses on loading and unloading deliveries, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while operating warehouse equipment.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, the ability to lift 75 pounds, and prior warehouse experience. A valid driver’s license and forklift experience are pluses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and climb ladders with loads.
• One (1+) year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, and checking shipments for damage.
• Ensuring that all stock is properly stored.
• Staging materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick up.
• Utilizing company-specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information.
• Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, forklifts, drills, saws, etc.).
• Light fabricating.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to maintain a clean, safe working environment while loading and unloading delivery trucks, stocking inventory and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
