Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Houston, TX. The role involves loading and unloading delivery trucks, stocking inventory, and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts. You will maintain a clean, safe working environment and verify inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 75 pounds. Forklift experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Forklift experience is a plus and beneficial for daily operations.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, and checking shipments for damage.
• Ensuring that all stock is properly stored.
• Staging materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick up.
• Utilizing company specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information.
• Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including ladders, pallet jacks, drills, etc.).
• Light fabricating.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving and off-loading materials, verifying counts to purchase orders, and checking shipments for damage


• Ensuring that all stock is properly stored


• Staging materials for installation, shipment, or customer pick up


• Utilizing company specific software, field devices, and paperwork to maintain accurate inventory information


• Utilizing hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, for lifts, drills, saws, etc…)


• Light fabricating


• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred


• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail


• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds above your head and climb ladders with loads


• One (1+) year of warehouse experience preferred


• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a good driving record


• Forklift experience is a plus
