Job summary

In Charge Electric is seeking a Warehouse Associate in San Antonio to accurately pull jobs and fill orders within our Warehouse department. This role supports electricians on the floor and helps maintain stock levels.

The ideal candidate has 0–2+ years warehousing experience, can stand/walk to fill orders, lift up to 50 lbs, and provides excellent customer service. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0–2+ years warehousing/inventory experience preferred.
• Solid warehousing/inventory knowledge; 6 months to 1 year experience in warehouse/inventory.
• Must be able to stand/walk to fill orders and assist electricians on the floor.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receives and prepares merchandise for entry warehouse stock; accurately pulls all jobs and fills orders.
• Performs inventories to ensure accuracy; may process back orders and receive deliveries.
• Maintains warehouse presentation through restocking, remerchandising, dusting and cleaning.
• Responds to customer issues using good judgment within the job scope.

Job Description: This position is responsible for accurately and effectively pulling jobs and filling orders. You will be responsible for various warehouse responsibilities and will learn a variety of skills to cover all needs of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives and prepares merchandise for entry warehouse stock. Accurately pulls all jobs and fills orders.
• Performs inventories to ensure accuracy. May process back orders for warehouses and correct inventories as needed. May receive UPS and FedEx deliveries as needed.
• Assures visual presentation standards are met through upkeep and maintenance, including but not limited to restocking, remerchandising, dusting, and vacuuming the warehouse.
• Responds to and handles customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0 to 2+ Years Experience
• Hiring preference is given to those with solid warehousing/inventory knowledge and at least six months to one year of experience in warehouse/inventory.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk to fill orders, assist electricians on the floor, etc.
• Must be able to stock product at various racking levels, use step-stool or ladder, etc.
• Must be able to place product on/off trucks, shelving, etc.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
• Must have clean driving record
