In Charge Electric is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Dripping Springs to support order fulfillment and stock control. You will pull orders, prepare merchandise for shipment, and help maintain accurate inventories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0 to 2+ years of experience in warehousing/inventory.
• Solid warehousing/inventory knowledge preferred (6 months to 1 year).
• Must be able to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives and prepares merchandise for entry warehouse stock; accurately pulls jobs and fills orders.
• Performs inventories to ensure accuracy; may process back orders and manage deliveries.
• Maintains visual presentation standards; restocks, remerchandises, dusts, and cleans the warehouse.
• Responds to and resolves customer issues with good judgement and problem-solving within scope.

Job Description: This position is responsible for accurately and effectively pulling jobs and filling orders. You will be responsible for various warehouse responsibilities and will learn a variety of skills to cover all needs of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives and prepares merchandise for entry warehouse stock. Accurately pulls all jobs and fills orders.
• Performs inventories to ensure accuracy. May process back orders for warehouses and correct inventories as needed. May receive UPS and FedEx deliveries as needed.
• Assures visual presentation standards are met through upkeep and maintenance, including but not limited to restocking, remerchandising, dusting, and vacuuming the warehouse.
• Responds to and handles customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0 to 2+ Years Experience
• Hiring preference is given to those with solid warehousing/inventory knowledge and at least six months to one year of experience in warehouse/inventory.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk to fill orders, assist electricians on the floor, etc.
• Must be able to stock product at various racking levels, use step-stool or ladder, etc.
• Must be able to place product on/off trucks, shelving, etc.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
• Must have clean driving record
