Swine Vet Center is seeking a detail-oriented professional to deliver top‑notch customer service by phone, email and in person. You will handle product inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with distributors to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role includes inventory support, collaboration with veterinarians and warehouse staff, and ensuring a safe, organized operation. A team‑oriented, client‑focused mindset is essential.

• Process customer orders and coordinate purchases with distributors and vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Support inventory management activities, including receiving, labeling, documentation, and compliance with protocols.
• Assist clients with product pickups and provide a positive customer experience.
• Partner with veterinarians, warehouse team members, and other departments to ensure clients receive the products and service they depend on.
• Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operation.

CLINIC:Swine Veterinary Center

Today swine medicine involves much more than farm visits, diagnostics, vaccines and responsible use of antibiotics. You need to be on top of the latest research, management trends and consumer perceptions. You need to understand biosecurity, pig flow, transportation, building design, ventilation, economics, compliance measures and more. You need a team of swine veterinarians that responds quickly and offers creative, practical, science-based solutions tailored to suit the needs of each farm.

That's where Swine Vet Center enters the picture. Together with our dedicated support staff, our team of highly skilled swine veterinarians - 17 at last count - offers more than 180 years of practical experience and scientific know-how.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a primarily desk-based position that involves frequent phone, email, and computer work. Occasional warehouse responsibilities include operating a pallet jack and lifting up to 50 pounds.
