Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Westborough, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a high‑performance culture and support operations across multiple sites. The role involves heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks with a 7pm shift until finish.

You'll be paid weekly, with benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for career growth. Training is provided, and travel opportunities are available to see our various sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding warehouse duties.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs as required.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, picking, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and housekeeping as directed.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
