Warehouse Associate

Location: 2935 Eastrock Dr, Rockford, IL 61109

Store Type: ILROC Public Store

Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Overview

Join us as a Full-time Warehouse Associate at our branch in Rockford, IL. You will play a vital role in our operations, managing inventory, and supporting our distribution processes.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain branch inventory
2. Receive, pick, package, ship, and perform cycle counts
3. Make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
5. Perform additional duties to support branch success

Minimum Qualifications

1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
3. Proficient in written and oral communication
4. Computer skills proficiency
5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong organizational and prioritization skills
7. Motivated, self-directed, customer service-oriented
8. Attention to detail and sense of urgency
9. Ability to work independently and in teams
10. Lift packages weighing 25-75 lbs
11. Pass drug screening (US, Puerto Rico, Guam)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in inventory management, shipping, or receiving is preferred.
