Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets invites you to join our warehouse team at our Rochester location. As a warehouse employee, you’ll accurately select cases and build pallets for store delivery, playing a key role in keeping shelves stocked and meeting customer demand.

The role is full-time, with pay ranges from $18.05 to $18.55 per hour, plus opportunities for annual increases and further earning potential within four years. Training and PPE are provided to keep you safe.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 20–25 pounds, with occasional up to 50+ pounds
• Full-time availability required
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and stack pallets to ensure product protection and safe delivery
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, Vocollect)
• Effectively communicate with management and the team
• Lift 20–25 pounds, with maximum weight lifted greater than 50 pounds occasionally to frequently
