We are hiring Warehouse Associate / Package Handler for our Richmond, VA facility.

Shift Details:

• Tuesday through Saturday 4:30am – 9:00am or End of Sort
• Sunday through Thursday 4:30am – 9:00am or End of Sort

“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate starting at $14.50/hr (weekly pay)

Responsibilities as a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler:

• Be Safe! Safety is our first core value.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done!
• Stay active by working on your feet.
• Be dependable, flexible, and reliable.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures, both heat and cold, depending on the season.
• Gloves and work boots are recommended.

Referral Program:

Referral bonus reward of $500 year-round (offered for all positions company-wide). Payout: $250 after 45 days of the referred candidate's tenure, and $250 after 90 days. Referrals must start between 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025.
