Merit Logistics in Richland, WA, is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Unloader. This full-time position is responsible for unloading freight and operating equipment as needed, while ensuring productivity in a physically demanding environment.
The ideal candidate will be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds regularly, with reliability and attention to detail. Prior warehouse experience or forklift operation is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
The role requires a flexible schedule, including possible overtime on weekends and holidays.
Responsible for unloading freight from the various trucking companies with or without manual or powered equipment at the assigned location at the direction of the Supervisor and Site Manager.

Warehouse experience a plus. Experience operating a forklift / Electric Pallet Jack preferred.

Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions.
Prior experience operating a forklift and pallet jack is a plus, but not required. Will train and certify associates holding positions requiring the use of such equipment.
