Kelly Services is hiring a Pick & Pack Warehouse Associate for our Raynham, MA distribution center. You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

The position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and a full-time role with opportunities for long-term employment and career advancement. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior warehouse experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous pick and pack, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience is required.

• Must be able to lift, stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders from warehouse inventory
• Verify the physical condition of products and supplies
• Count materials, documents, and inventory items for accuracy
• Record quantities, product codes, and inventory information
• Prepare shipments for outbound delivery
• Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
