• Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, Or repacking projects as needed
• Inspect completed loads for accuracy
• Sign, date, and turn in load documents to the shipping office when completed
• Identify damaged, lost, or missing products and notify warehouse leadership immediately.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Professionally interact with warehouse management, personnel, customers, vendors, and other employees/guests.

Education Requirements

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Must be able to read, write. and understand basic English
• Basic math, counting, and computer abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrate initiative, self-starter, reliability, follow-through, and teamwork skills
• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, sit, squat, crawl, bend, twist, and/or kneel for up to 12-hour periods Of time and repetitively
• Capability to navigate through narrow, confined spaces
• Work near or on top of sloping, uneven, and/or slippery surfaces
• Exposure to varying temperatures
• Possible exposure to areas with high noise levels that may require hearing protection
• Use hands and fingers to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
