Staffmark seeks a Warehouse Associate in Gastonia, NC, offering a pay rate of $16.00–$16.50 per hour with multiple shifts (6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, 10pm-6:30am).

The role covers picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling, with emphasis on safety and efficiency in a hot warehouse environment. Prior warehouse experience is a plus; training is beneficial, and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack rubber products as they move through the production line.
• Inspect products for quality and identify any visible defects.
• Sort and package finished materials according to company standards.
• Keep pace with production requirements to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations.
• Verify inventory and prepare shipments.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations.
