Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Randolph, MA. This part-time role offers 25–30 hours weekly, roughly 5 days, with shifts from 5:00 AM to end of sort. Compensation is $19.00 per hour, plus eligibility for benefits and a referral bonus.

You’ll work in a safety-conscious warehouse environment and play a vital part in daily logistics operations. Key duties include unloading trailers, sorting by zip codes, and loading delivery trucks, with strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to work in heat and cold in warehouse.

Pay: $19.00/hr

Shifts

Part-Time: Variable days; approximately 4-5 days/week, 25-30 hours total

5:00AM to End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
