Job summary

OnTrac is seeking Package Handlers in Akron, OH to support warehouse operations. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and load trucks for deliveries, contributing to a smooth and efficient processing flow. The role requires standing for long periods, heavy lifting, and a proactive safety mindset.

Hours are early shifts with about 16–20 hours per week across roughly four days. OnTrac offers benefits and a supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willing to work early morning shifts in a warehouse setting.

Pay

$17/hr

Shifts Hours

4:00 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort.

Variable days; approximately 4 days/week, 16-20 hours total

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
